Smoken Yoga Class 2025

Every class begins with a 1-hour social session from 6:45pm - 7:45pm which allows the group to settle into the non-judgmental environment with like-minded individuals. We experiment with our herbs through, seeping, smudging, smoking, infusion and digestion. Once we are submerged, we ground ourselves with the energy and get moving! We ask that you enter our space with an open mind and spirit. All organic herbs welcome!

The class and vendors are full of options for getting attuned with yourself.  While you are encouraged to BYOB, we offer an array of opportunities to participate in the vibe outside of partaking such as teas, steam, and smudge cleansing. All allies are welcome!
