- Airfare to Jamaica
- Transportation from outside airports such as Kingston will have a +150.00 fee. due to private transportation needs. Montego Bay Jamaica - Sangster International Airport Transportation will be the only pick up included. MBJ
- Lunch is not included; a private refrigerator is provided in the boutique hotel. You will have the option to purchase/store personal food items. (Kitchenette rooms provide reheating options.)
- Dinner will be agreed upon. Theres so many options here! A lite welcome dinner and final dinner are included.
- External Excursions, April 21 and April 23 are free days. Please plan accordingly for extra excursions.
- Overnight Access INSIDE property is prohibited
- Blunts - Papers are the option in Jamaica. If you have a preference, bring it! Bring no more than $100 in value.

This is an arrival day for ALL participants in the Smoken Yoga Retreat. Check in and enjoy the beach, the bar or restaurant early! A welcome dinner is provided for all on the beach!

This year our day 2 is 420!!
We structured it this way to get the heavy lifting out of the way. Enjoy a full 24 hours of ganja related activities, knowledge and access. This day is so full including Field tour, and trip to Blue Hole where we will have lunch and meditate at one of the highest rooftops in West Jamaica. Enjoy Natural Limestone massages and a cliff jump into the Blue Hole. We will retire on the beach at home with music and smokes and patties!

This is your first Restorative day on the retreat. You have the option to do "Wha you Gwan Do"!
You will have access to the entire beach and pool on property and the hotel beach front. Explore seven miles or grab a jet ski. Sit in the water...all day even. The property provides chairs for the beach. You may also book a private excursion on this day!
