- Transportation from outside airports such as Kingston will have a +50.00 fee. due to private transportation needs. Montego Bay Jamaica - Sangster International Airport Transportation will be included.
- Lunch is not included; however, snacks will be provided in the house, and you will have the option to purchase/store personal food items.
- Dinner will be agreed upon as a group. (A food budget will be offered)
- External Excursions (Bring your own snorkel gear if you have some)
- Blunts - Papers are the option in Jamaica. If you have a preference, bring it! Bring no more than $100 in value.
2026 Retreat Itinerary
Day 1 Check In & Relax 4-17
Our beginner yoga classes are designed to introduce you to the practice of yoga and help you develop a strong foundation. You'll learn basic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to help you find peace and balance in your life.
Day 2 Seven Mile Beach 4-18
After morning yoga let's take an early morning drive down to Seven Mile Beach in Westmoreland Negril and hang out at Vicki-Tini beach club. There we will have a full beach day, with access to massages, beach umbrellas and chairs, and more. We will end the evening on a Sunset Cruise to Ricks Cafe.
Day 3 Restorative Day 4-19
This is your first Restorative day on the retreat. You have the option to do "Wha you Gwan Do"!
You will have access to our private beach, private pool and the entire chateau. On this day Breakfast and dinner will be served in-house. With an exclusive lunch by Chef Harry! You will also have the option to plan your own excursion.
There will be float meditation on this day!
Day 4 ~420 Celebration~ 4-20
This is what you came to DO!
This 420 day is jammed packed with authentic Jamaican activities such as Wake and Bake Breakfast, 420 Fields Hike, Weed field meditations & a water cleanse at the Blue hole with Surprises included.
